What are your business hours?
Action Rental Center's team is available to serve you Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. The showroom and all event planning assistance is also available by appointment. Our 24-hour emergency service is available for ARC clients as necessary. What payment methods do you accept?
Action Rental Center accepts the following credit cards: Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Company checks are accepted with prior approval by management and cash is always accepted. We require all orders to be paid in advance of delivery, except for established accounts. To set up an established account, please complete our credit application.
What are your payment terms?
A 50 percent deposit is necessary to confirm an event reservation. The balance of payment is due in full prior to delivery. Account holders are typically invoiced, based on the payment method established for the account. A 50 percent, non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
Do I have to wash the products I rented?
You do not have to wash the products you rented, however we do ask that all food service products be rinsed of all food and liquids, and that they are returned completely dry in the racks you received them in.
SILVER-PLATE ALERT: Water is extremely damaging to silver-plated products. Please help to keep our equipment looking good and make sure ALL excess water is removed prior to repackaging.
LINEN: A bag is provided to package your soiled linen. Please take care to remove excess food and debris from the cloths and napkins prior to bagging and resending. Linen should also be completely *DRY* and free of moisture. NEVER return ARC linens in plastic bags as this promotes mildew growth and will permanently damage the linens.
Do you have a minimum order for delivery?
In order to maintain our low rental rates, ARC requests that contracts for delivery meet the following minimum requirements:
$75 minimum rental for Waco area delivery and $250 minimum rental for all deliveries out of the Waco area. If your rental needs do not meet the minimum order requirement, delivery and pickup services are still available. Please call for additional information. As always our clients have the option to pick up their orders from our facility. Same-day delivery and pickup is also available, but due to the high-priority nature of these deliveries, please contact your event sales coordinator for a price quote.
What are the general ARC delivery procedures?
Action Rental offers delivery service Monday- Friday 9:00am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00pm. Any deliveries or pick ups made outside of these hours are subject to after hour fees. Call your ARC representative for a price quote.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you may pick up your order one day in advance of your event and return the equipment the following business day.
What is the equipment security deposit requirements?
All rentals have a required equipment security deposit. This is refundable when the equipment is returned to ARC in the same condition it was received in.
How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure equipment availability, we recommend that you place your order as soon as you have an event date and an approximate number of guests confirmed. All orders must be accompanied by a 50% confirmation deposit with the balance due in full prior to delivery or pick up.
Do you offer setup and takedown service for equipment?
We are pleased to offer assistance with the setup of your special event rental order. Rates for setup service are 20% of your total rental items plus delivery. Additional fees will apply to events that require assistance outside of our normal business hours and for assistance in extreme conditions.
Do you rent linen?
Yes! We offer an extensive selection of beautiful solid colors and exquisite patterns in a variety of textures and sizes. We also offer custom overlays and chair covers.
